Campania.Wine Sustainability, the major event promoted in collaboration by the five wine protection consortia and the consortium for the protection of Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP, is a new significant appointment that took place at the Royal Palace of Naples. The event featured in-depth discussions, promotion, and enhancement through wine forums, masterclasses, seminars, tastings, and gastronomic workshops featuring Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP.
An unprecedented event that brought together, for the first time, the five wine communities of Campania with the aim of enhancing and promoting the DOC and IGT wines. It involved over 150 Campanian producers, showcasing more than 600 labels of DOC and IGT wines: Taurasi, Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino, Aglianico del Taburno, Vesuvio, Cilento, Falerno del Massico, Castel San Lorenzo, Aversa, Costa d’Amalfi, Galluccio, Sannio, Irpinia, Falanghina del Sannio, Colli di Salerno, Paestum, Pompeiano, Roccamonfina, Benevento, Terre del Volturno, Catalanesca del Monte Somma, and Campania.
The Campania.Wine Sustainability initiative proves to be a winning idea, especially for the significant value attributed to the Campania brand. This success is the result of the synergistic efforts of the five wine protection consortia from the provinces of Avellino, Benevento, Caserta, Salerno, Naples, along with the Consortium for the Protection of Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio.
